SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Axiom Board Group for Axiom Mail to people who agree to receive them, for example by checking the text message boxes on our Talk to us form. They are part of our Terms and Conditions.

What we send

• Account and customer care messages: replies about a request you sent us, scheduling a call, and updates about your Axiom Mail account.
• Marketing messages: offers, product updates and news about Axiom Mail, only if you agreed to receive them.

How you agree

You agree by checking each text message box on our form. Each kind of message has its own box, and the boxes are never checked for you. By checking them you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you give us.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also ask us by email to stop texting you at any time.

Your information

Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use your number only to send the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
