Where do I see the prices?
Inside your free account, under Settings, for every size and mail class. Every send also shows its total before you confirm it.
What does a piece's price include?
Printing, the envelope for letters, and postage. QR codes, forms, leads and results come with the account. Checking addresses with the Postal Service is optional and priced per address.
What if a piece isn't delivered?
Cancelled pieces and pieces the Postal Service can't deliver cost nothing, and the money goes back to your balance.
Is there a bonus for paying by bank transfer?
Yes. Funds added by bank transfer get a 2% bonus credit, because transfers cost less to process than cards.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If you close your account, the unused balance you paid in is refunded about 60 days after your last mailing, once every piece has had time to deliver. Bonus credit isn't refunded.
Is there a spending limit?
New accounts can mail up to $500 a month for the first 60 days. If you need more sooner, talk to us.
